Register – Your first step to join the VeloSano community is to register.
Start A Team – Ready to rally the troops? Start a team and ask everyone you know to join you as a Rider or Virtual Rider. When you start the team, you’ll officially become the Team Captain and can lead the charge to coordinate team gatherings, training rides and fundraising events.
Join An Existing Team – Riding in VeloSano is more fun on a Team! Teams can be made up of two or more Riders and/or Virtual Riders that wish to work together towards the same goal, raising crucial dollars for cancer research. Riders on the same team do not need to ride the same distance and can choose the route and pace they are comfortable riding. Each individual is responsible for their own fundraising commitment.
Register As An Individual – No team, no problem! Become part of the VeloSano community and register as an individual Rider or Virtual Rider.
Raise Money – Don’t be afraid to ask!
Unfortunately, everyone in some way or another has been affected by cancer and sharing why you’re participating will encourage others to donate to your ride. Ask your friends, family and networks for a donation. Every donation adds up and goes a long way in the fight against cancer. Even though the ride takes place in July, you have until October 1, 2017 to reach your fundraising commitment.Get Fundraising Tips

Research – Since 2014, VeloSano participants have raised over $8 million to fund cancer research at Cleveland Clinic.
Every dollar raised by participants funds high-impact, translational research in the areas of genomics, immunology and clinical trials. To date, VeloSano has funded over 43 research projects and continues to bridge the funding gap for researchers and physicians at Cleveland Clinic. We’ll be adding to the total number of projects when the VeloSano 3 funds are officially allocated during the first quarter of 2017.
